You could change who sits at the top, but the hierarchy will always be there due to the nature of reality. Sociopaths will always make their way to the top because they are the ones willing to do what it takes. The rich get richer, the popular get more popular, and the powerful get more power. That's just the pareto distribution at work, it is inherent in all things. Also most people are lemmings and just want to eat drink and be merry, they have no higher aspirations or values other their their own security and pleasure.
The world is unfair OP, always has been, always will be. You could kill everyone at the top and in a generation things would be right back to how they are now, just with different names and faces. Look on the bright side tho things are better now then they ever have been thanks to the higher level of technology. We'd probably be even better off without the jews tho.
