This pic is dishonest because it uses oversimplified imagery of something easily measurable to represent all the complex factors influencing one's chance at achieving success. It is impossible to reliably measure what someone should be provided in order to nullify potential disadvantages one has due to whatever factors and give them the same chance of success all things considered, and to even try that you would have to either implement a system that would cripple the naturally talented or just steal from the successful, and both are morally evil options. Also people would rebel against such system so you would end up having to murder millions in order to provide for the few that just suck at everything.
