Israel has been very aggressive in the past at taking out Hamas, Hezbollah and the nuclear programs of nations like Iraq and Syria. Obama really put a muzzle on them, going so far as to say they would shoot down Israeli aircraft if they tried to take out Iran's nuclear program at Isfahan.

Joe Biden, the same idiot that causally mentioned classified info about seal team 6, casually mentioned that Israel had a secret alliance with Turkmenistan or Tajikistan, or some backward nation, to allow them to fly from their airspace to attack Iran. I believe they would have had to cross portions of Afghanistan and that is where Obama said they would shoot them down.

Anyway, the Trump administration is letting them handle issues in their neck of the woods again. As seen the in the many examples of Israel attacking Iranian troops in Syria over the past 2 years. As long as we don't get involved I don't give a fuck if Israel bombs the hell out of Syria, Iran, Lebanon and even Turkey. Too bad Turkey is a NATO member. I'd love to see them destroyed.

IICR, the US sends Israel so much military aid because they somehow give the US lots of military and defense advantages.(ex. US pays Israel to not sell weapons to China to avoid competition, Israel helps US manage trade routes and Intelligence sharing, Israel gives lots of anti-ballistic missiles to the US, etc.)

I meant that as long as they're fighting their own war I don't care. If they annihlate Syria on their own or die trying on their own that's all a good outcome
