I think this is good advice. I would say gaming shouldn’t be your ONLY hobby. As someone else mentioned, “in moderation”.
Make yourself pick up at least a second hobby. Don’t let gaming become the only thing about you. Even if your second hobby isn’t incredibly productive like wood carving/working can be.
Take up table top gaming along side gaming and expand it into painting miniatures and crafting table top sets for rpg or wargaming. You can still be a massive dork and still improve yourself as a person.
