How would they would go about tying your identity to a specific shitpost if IPs(internet addresses) are not perfectly accurate in determine location, imagine getting an identity.

First. Its custom in non shithole countries that new laws do not punish those that engaged in behaviors when it wasn't a crime to do so. This is how it works. It simply is not a thing. You cannot make it a thing because if you try you might as well erase the constitution of Canada and call this country other name, because its not Canada anymore.
Even so, on other myriad of possibilities, where you fear this could get you in trouble for a security clearance or something, they still need to get over problem that IP is not perfect. They cannot tie what your post here to an identity. Unless you post personal information that can be correlated.
Grab an introductory book on constitutionalism kid. Read some intro on common law. This will cure you of your case of shizoposting you got from the incel losers here. Remember, liberalism is what western countries are based on. You have the right to be retarded.
