30 yo adult here. Got hired for a job at a hospital providing patient care. Found out after the interview that they are a mandatory flu vaccine site. I have to get the flu shot if I am to work there. (I could cite philisophical reasons for not wanting the shot, but my reasoning would have to be approved by a panel and if it were approved, I'd have to wear a mask over 3/4 of my face from Oct-March every single year...not ideal when working in patient care, and likely not to get me the job).
