Have you taken the meatpill Jow Forums? Hopefully you know the importance of high quality animal products for both bio-available nutrition and the reduction of inflammation, the cause of many modern diseases.
(((They))) have been trying to push everyone into being basedboy vegans and you even see some countries threatening to enact meat taxes. Just looking how sickly and deficient vegans become and seeing how fat and diseased people eating a standard Americanized diet end up getting is a stark reminder of how important it is to eat what our bodies adapted itself to eat. Most people have to follow a very long trail of breadcrumbs to reach this truth, but maybe you can figure this out sooner than it took me to.
Personally my path was starting with keto and slowly realizing the carnivore elements were the real source of all of my nutrition. A proper carnivore diet should use well sourced meats like grass-fed pasture raised beef (especially organ meats), pasture raised eggs, fish, and other various animal meat. Dairy, if you can digest it, is also one of the most complete sources of nutrition in nature... but modern treatment processes eliminate much of this benefit. The key here is the inclusion of animal forms of the fat soluble vitamins A, E, and K2, as well as minerals that often are not able to be absorbed and converted properly in their plant forms.
(((They))) will tell you that you need insoluble plant fiber that rots in your gut. That meat gives you cancer and causes disease, despite it being a staple of indigenous diets for hundreds of thousands of years without incident. That spreadsheet values of plant vitamins absorb just the same. That anti-nutrients and plant defense mechanisms shouldn't be worried about. That veganism is good for the environment when the food they eat is sourced from thousands of miles away from areas that devastate local habitats to accommodate their diets.
Feel free to post questions, research, resources, and learning material.
That's probably more dumb than being a vegan. Any benefits will be short term and youll live half as long as a normal person. Just be an omnivore ffs only have to look at your teeth to know we are evolved to eat both meat and veg
Aaron Green
Been on this for a couple of months now. 40 years of asthma & eczema virtually gone, along with 15 kg of weight loss.
It's not easy when you're addicted to sugar and wheat, but for me, the benefits I feel are enough to help me overcome the temptation to eat the tasty, addictive shit I used to.
Its getting easier - I am not 100% meat only - probably more hardcore keto. Got to have a little bit of variety.
I have the occasional vodka lime & soda when I want a drink, as opposed to 10 beers that I used to. Interestingly, alcohol doesn't interfere with ketosis in that once the alcohol is eliminated, your body goes strait back to using fat for its primary energy source.
lol no. about 94% of their diet is plants. they might kill over territory, but as far as food goes they are overwhelmingly vegetarian. exception being they sometimes eat ants and termites.
Jayden Nguyen
My doctor actually is trying to get me on that diet to help with my Auto immune Disease
Colton Stewart
had two ground New Zealand Lamb burgers today with garlic, habenero peppers and powdered giver mashed in... its the only Red meat i eat.. pork is also a frequent visitor in my colon.
Parker Lee
Nice
Xavier Torres
What'll this cost me, per week?
William Jones
Eventually your life.
Nathan Gutierrez
Hitler was a vegan
Jackson Flores
I wish I could afford meat and perhaps a glass of cold refreshing milk. Someday.
Lucas Price
This diet is totally unsustainable. If everyone started consuming only beef, the methane emissions from cows would cause climate change to accelerate at a significantly faster pace than it is already at.
>would cause climate change to accelerate The GSM is coming we need to heat up the globe you dummy
Ryder Taylor
Lamb has the worst greenhouse gas footprint of any meat. It should be taxed into total oblivion
Dylan Ward
I only eat meat and fats. There's too much to gain (from fitness to mental clarity) to indulge in carbs more than once every two weeks or so.
Aiden Campbell
>they might kill over territory You forgot to mention that they eat each other.
Connor Garcia
This is the most kike diet I’ve ever seen. >go ahead goy just eat this meat that’s proven to literally kill you, you’ll be a real man if you do! Zero hope for you sad fucks. Kek.
Angel Gonzalez
>It should be taxed into total oblivion This is what lack of meat does to your brain.
Christopher Edwards
>Have you taken the meatpill Jow Forums?
If by meatpill you mean BIG FAT POZZED BLACK COCK, then yes, I take multiples doses everyday :)
David Johnson
in the neighborhood of $10 to $15 per day depending on the cut, quality, buying in bulk, etc. I'm losing weight so I try and fast every other day, but when I do eat I usually put down a 16-24 ounce ribeye in one sitting. If you're trying to eat cheap, try a pound of ground beef and some organ meat.
Blake Clark
Are you that vegan world order guy from Instagram with the thinning hair and big pouty lips made to suck big meats?
Feel free to eat your processed slop. Meat eating isn’t a right wing position.
Ryder Garcia
A.) What’s “GSM”? B.) Even Exxon Mobile says climate change is real and that it’s a problem. C.) show me a reputable climate scientist that agrees with you about the “GSM” problem
stop eating carbs and sugar and you won't have cancer and heart disease you dumb fuck
Ian Young
What Wegmans do you work at?
Camden Walker
Your time has passed s 0 y b 0 y.

>Even Exxon Mobile says Appeal to authority, not an argument
Charles Lee
ROFL. I just saw a video on IG with that dude. He's retarded.
Nicholas Martin
I think meat is more expensive here...but I spend about $40 on meat each week. I have one really nice steak each week, then the remainder is a mix of mid-range cuts of lamb, pork and chicken. Also beef mince - its $5 for half a kilo (maybe 1lb?). Bit of chili, garlic & salt & pepper makes it taste good, but its definitely my least favourite meal.
Noah Thompson
Exxon Mobile says excess greenhouse gases harmful as do about 97% of climate scientists.
Global warming is due to overpopulation more so than fucking dairy farming. We’ve been raising livestock and killing animals for meat for thousands of years. Only recently has climate change become an issue, brainlet
Wow! What a great opinion based on no knowledge. Its not like humans were hypercarnivores before the end of the last ice age and have been degenerating ever since.
Julian Miller
>Not an argument It was more of an observation
Joseph Richardson
>climate scientists. you don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows.
You’re arguing two extremes like the literal npc brainelt you’re proving yourself to be. Veganism is an extreme just as being a retarded Carnivore is an extreme. But there’s no doubt, that here in America, meat processing is vile and anyone who eats the slop they shit out of these factories deserves the colon cancer and heart disease that ensues. Humans are meant to eat meat, however not in the industrial quantities they do here in this god forsaken country.
Mason Reyes
And it would be totally fucked if a volcano erupted, putting 30 years worth of greenhouse gasses into the atmosphere in one hit.
Luis Martin
Moringa, spirulina, chlorella, hemp. You can get more protein, iron, etc from these 4 plants compared to meat, eggs, and dairy.
William Lewis
I have eaten full carnivore for one week at a time for the past three months and the results each time have been good but there is still a psychological barrier stopping me from trying it for longer periods. Maybe someday I will get the courage to try it for longer.
That's because global warming is a capitalist lie, created to expand neoliberal globalism.
Owen Barnes
US meat processing is highly regulated and the meats which come out of the processing plants are all heavily inspected and quality checked. Upton Sinclair was like 100 years ago kid.
Julian Richardson
L M A O
this is actually real LOLOL
Carter Powell
The average African has next to zero carbon footprint compared to an American. It’s not “overpopulation” that’s the issue in of itself. It’s carbon emissions. If every American emitted roughly the same amount of carbon as the average African does now, we could double our population and it would still be a better situation than we’re in now.
Oliver Bennett
If you move to a fasting based diet and eat fattier meat you can get by for very little. The 18% fat mince woolies sell for $7/kg is perfect for this diet.
Gabriel Brown
This is why everyone on this diet should support local farms. The meat is far better for you as it is.
What a dipfuck. We have the ability to create weapons and cook food, obviously we won't have the same traits as a cheetah. You realize that even before we used ranged weapons to hunt, we would chase our prey, right? We would run it to complete exhaustion and then stab it to death/ beat it with rocks. No need for fangs and claws when you can run longer than any prey.
Michael Rivera
well... an entire skull evolves faster than a jaw....
Daniel Torres
>We all appeal to authority every time we so much as reference a textbook. That's why only brainlets do that.
Mason Gutierrez
Don't have a woolies close by - but Coles has "3 star" mince that is the same thing I think. Grass fed & added hormone free. Mixing in tahini can bump up the fat content. Also marscapone, eggs, macadamias, etc. add a bit of variety & let you increase your fat intake.
Matthew Miller
>mfw idiots in this thread don’t know about carbon squestering and regenerative agriculture
dumbasses. cows can help save he environment, and your carbon footprint estimates on livestock are based on lies and half-truths.
Alright, Grocery shopping tomorrow, I'll see if I can do it for a week
Anthony Perry
So they eat meat. Animal protein is good for humans on occasion. Not 90% of their meals for every meal though. A meal consisting of mostly chicken wings and bbq ribs is not good for humans. A meal consisting of vegetables, fruit, egg, and meat/fish is good for humans.
Climate change is a problem that capitalism is very ill equipped to solve. If anything, solutions to climate change undermine capitalism.
Solutions to climate change also undermine national sovereignty to a certain degree. I actually wish that wasn’t the case, but I’m not going to dig my head in the sand and deny the truth in front of me.
Matthew Parker
US factory farm meat is the worse quality meat ever
Tyler Campbell
Inspected and regulated by (((who)))? The (((FDA))) isn’t exactly a beacon of honor and righteousness. >factories/butchers don’t cut around the pustules and leaking cysts on the infected cadavers they’ll profit off of Not like the average consumer would have any fucking clue or even give a shit. Like most of you here who probably eat spam and meat from Walmart.
Generally it should work. It does for me. The key is focus more on the fasting than on eating low carb. Eating more and more fat simply helps you fast with satisfaction.
Landon Moore
Count your calories dumbo. That's literally all that matters when it comes to weight control.
You don't exercise much? Eat fewer calories, take vitamins to supplement. You burn a shitton of calories making Rocky look like a wimp? Eat a crap load to fuel it!
Jaxson Sanders
>actually thinks fruit is healthy >doesnt know how damaging blood sugar spikes from fruit are
be a good goy and keep eating your GMO nature candy.
Hudson Mitchell
>You’re arguing Nigger learn to read. That kike said meat will kill you. Not a strictly meat diet but that meat itself will you. >there’s no doubt, that here in America, meat processing is vile There is though.
Dominic Bell
Persistence hunting is a meme. Nobody ever really used it as a legitimate form of hunting. That's vegan-tier propaganda, but from cardio-fags
