Old traditions are held in high regard but new ones can be adopted if we like them.

Old money and politician influence runs deep, and every single one of them only looks out for themselves and their kin so expecting them to "reform" is a joke and bluepilled
"Reforming" laws, policies, and the ruling politicians doesn't work if you let it continue for too long or you continue to be sated as a citizen with micro-fixes.
And I don't understand why conservatism is opposed to centralization, is it just your text book definition, or a rule set you have to adhere to if you consider yourself a conservative? Can centralization not allow room for private ownership and free enterprise on the family unit, small business, or individual level?

Conservatives cant be reformists in extreme cases if their "social and cultural stability" is unobtainable and their social structure no longer has anything to do with traditional values
This is all ideals, as my answers centered around the idea that the government was also nationalistic and conservative, and would look out for its citizens and hold the same EXACT traditional values AND forever keep in mind their cultural identity. This would require the government to be quite heavy handed, self aware of internal turmoil, and quite decisive.

But each new generation will not be able to distinguish between them. You will gradually displace the old traditions and terminate the Swedish values which you treasure so much today.
If you believe Swedish values to be superior, you should be skeptical of foreign values, especially if you recognize them as distinct to your own. Foreign values, just like Swedish values, are built upon old traditions alien to the Swedish identity. It is inorganic and will not produce a functioning society. Through the adoption of foreign values, you will delegitimize your old traditions. This is what is happening to Sweden now.

Yes I do, but I felt a lot of the questions need more context. One was about, should a country use violence to secure its goals. I would say yes if the government is awful to it’s citizens and clear proof of mistreatment. No if it’s more stable, would rather focus that on winning the people’s hearts.
