Are Greeks closer to Turks or Albanians?

And which option is preferable?

Western Turks, Greeks and Albanians look very much the same on average as far as I can tell. Northern Albanians or mountainous to be more precise looked rather tall and fair, at least from where I traveled. To say the truth I have witnessed a lot of diversity when it comes to looks there, ranging from some that looked like pure nordics to others looking like gypsies, all spectres are included, weird.
Greeks on the mainland start more European and become more darker the lower you go, however in Athens which contains the majority, are very mixed from all provinces so it’s hard to quantitify. But in general they don’t look so different from one another, you can somewhat tell a greek.
Western Turks look fairly European, and some might say they are just europeanized turks which historically isn’t that far from the truth I would say, but the more east you go, the more they look inbread and have more asian and darker features.
Based on the Turks being originally asian I would say that Turks are very largely islamized greeks, albanians, serbs, Bulgarians, syrian, iranian with traces from their original ancestors from the steppes.
I don’t really have more info to give you since this is just what I saw, I am more interested on the germanic heritage and such, but the general rule is the lower you go the more arab like people behave, and that’s my rule of the thumb regarding this.
