I had fentanyl the other week at hospital for "sedation" and it really fucked me up the entire day. Dont understand why anyone would want to do that to themselves. I only had 2MCG but it really did fuck me up.

I used to be an opiate addict. I took almost 20 Percocets a day. Fentanyl was like the holy grail of opiates that everybody talked about but nobody had ever even seen. I suffered withdrawal and quiet opiates. Shortly after I stopped opiates fentanyl flooded the streets like crazy. Glad I stopped when I did.

well way back when the government started banning all sorts of RC chemicals that were analogs of other drugs the big chinese labs were left wanting a way to keep the money flowing. Fentanyl was the way. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the Chinese government was not only sanctioning it but involved clandestinely in producing the shit and flooding western nations with it. Heroin gets all the blame but fentanyl is the real problem. Then the mexicans likely felt a pinch in their heroin sales because the shit just wasn't as strong as the chinese fentanyl laced product out their so they too began producing it in labs. The mexicans even went further and started pressing pills that look pretty much identical to pills like oxys, roxicodone etc that used to be widely available in the U.S. when the big pharma drug companies pushed opiates on the masses and paid shady doctors to hand them out like candy. strangely the pills that are fake and just contain fentanyl barely get mentioned but as deadly as well, they are what killed Prince and many others as expecting a known tolerated dose of something like oxy or vicodin and getting like 80X that in fentanyl usually causes the addict to overdose and die
It’s easier to smuggle fentynal because it’s effective dose size is so much smaller. Basic economics.

eliminating the heroin epidemic is taking good care of the opiate victims, reforming the way Drs write scripts (they have been unknowingly complicit in an oxycontin racket, the rest is history), as they were prescribing way too many and it was getting people addicted. throwing the repeat offender dealers in fucking jail with no exception and at least being a human to the non-violent drug addicted dealers during their trial deliberations will help as well
the rest of the drugs do not matter, at least not right now. for all intents and purposes when politicians stop buying fishscale, we can talk about enforcing these lower level drug offenses among the public. the opiate problem warrants as many hands on deck as possible, as the opiate epidemic is the actual intelligent attack on our national security versus anything else

they were also going around selling cocaine that was cut with fuckin fentanyl, they barely escaped the festival when word got out and someone was hospitalized (I heard killed but idk)
we chased them down, triangulated on their business by talking to patrons, eventually they got hip and left in a van we believed to be theirs, with grateful dead shit on it. when they left my boss was super discrete about them, he called LE but that was it. I asked wtf that was about and he said it's just some douchebags from MD who do this for what could be calling a living
