Because you're missing one or more of the following things:

Honestly, I think I've come full circle but found some measure of peace.
I accept that, after several years of being volcel due to wanting to get my life in order, I actually really like being single and having total control of my personal life and finances, and it's getting less likely by the year that any woman would be special enough to give that freedom up for. I've had my oppertunities to put benis in bagina and each time I honestly got bored of the whole thing before it got that far.
I also got fit and learned a trade, after being overweight (though not a fatass) and a neet for a decade, but I realized that when you are single you don't actually need much to get by in a 1st world country because everything is priced for couples and families, and tends to be even cheaper if you live outside cities. All I really need to work towards financially is owning my own home, be it house or apartment, and that's not exactly shooting for the stars when I consider I'll probably inherit enough to at least get my foot in the door.
Most off all I've realised that we live in the most facinating and generally interesting period of human history there has been thus far. There is always a habbening somewhere, with pictures and/or streams. Technology is speeding up to the point that by the time I'm forty we might well have 'perfect' VR if not one that you jack into. Living in this society is only hard/painful when you don't fit it and still want to grasp the lies/promises it offers. If you just want to sit back, enjoy your hobbies and live your life, and watch everything happen, that is within the reach of every single one of us posting here.
