My favorite tactic (honed over years) is what I like to call the "batter on deck". I will build up 2-5 profiles/personas over weeks/months (thats all the time you need for females to unconditionally trust someones opinion over their own). Then I will use person A to exibit the behavior I wish to show as being detrimental to them. This usually is a party slut type girl, I will write posts about going out drinking/whoring/having good times etc. Person B, this will be the "girl on the fence", shes never done anything bad and has a good life/respect/values.. but wants to explore her bad side. She will befriend person A, publicly, for everyone to see convos. Then person A will show up one day sullen, and explain how her night went wrong, she was caught cheating and her whole town shuns her, or shes found out she has HIV, or cervical cancer from STDs etc. Theres so many to choose really.
Person B then speaks to the "community" about person A further imprinting the consequences of person A's choices. Person B is sad, and needs support. The community then consoles her basically programming themselves to come up with reasoning for why person A's behavior was a bad choice, and to save person B (who was her dear friend) they will try to convince her not to become person A.
