I've never been in the position of an "older man" before (I'm 6 years older than her). I could really use a female perspective, especially regarding what specifically turns you on about somewhat older guys, both on a date/in a social sense, and sexually. I've usually avoided dating younger women (youngest girls I've been with were within a year, I usually date slightly older, and rarely quite older, women).

Just feels a bit gross to cradle rob, and I like people with life experience and opinions.

Since I can remember, I liked guys in their mid 20s and older. Even when I was in high school
I don't have "daddy issues", I always dated age appropriate because ultimately you don't want to date a 25 year old man who'd fuck a girl 8 years younger than him even if it's legal.

I’m a young guy so I’ve never had your perspective, but I think 9 times out of 10 a young girl into an older guys is using them for money, social status and potential long term support.

A man is at his peak attractiveness in his 30s. A man in his 30s is more mature, looks more mature and has the opportunity to have a fully formed grasp on women and how to get women. These are all secondary to the fact that a man in his 30s tends to have his roots firmly planted in the world.

A guy in his 20s is getting his nuts kicked in by the job market as he tries to scratch his way into his career. A man in his 30s is in his career. A lot of girls find the latter way more attractive. Regardless, its widely known that womens peak in their attractiveness late teens-late 20s. Men dominate the 30s.

He tends to have a career, not just a job. He is more likely to know what he likes and wants out of life too, and has had the life experience to back it up.

That said, I'm mid 30s and none of that shit applies to me.

A man who ages well and is relatively successful, sure.

A regular guy who works a boring job that pays the bill and isn't particularly smooth is not going to be more attractive at 35 than at 25.
