My favourite advice for how to meet people: volunteer somewhere.
Find a charity that does good work or a local political candidate you want to support, call them up and ask how you can get involved.
The people you meet while volunteering are, in general, engaged, active, interesting people.
If you pick a org that you actually care about, then you'll have something in common right off the bat
People tend to feel good when they're volunteering, so they're more chatty
And there's work to be done, so no need to worry about awkward silences in the conversation.
Go volunteer somewhere.

Just get involved in whatever you're into, this is really good advice. You'll meet all sorts of people there that are 20-something years old.

Another 28 year old here, probably slightly on the spectrum, was a KHV until a few weeks ago. there's a bunch of different ways really I mean if you're hanging out in the punk section and a punk girl comes by and she has a path for The Reagan Retards or whatever on her jacket you can be like "oh hey I love them did you see them open up for The Fighting Foreskins when they were touring last spring?" or whatever and talk about that. it's the same with hanging out at bookstores, just comment on whatever it is the girl is looking through or reading and take it from there.

If you're also into DJing or producing music some record shops will also have like days where people are encouraged to come and sample sample whatever off of a record and then spend the day there producing a song in an afternoon. A lot of girls are into that these days.

She's willing because you paid her money to be willing. Just like I'm willing to go to work everyday because I'm being paid to go to work. Would she have sex with me for free? Probably not. But you could use other variables to affect her willingness. Perhaps she'd be more willing if I had, say, a really nice car and drove her around in it or I had an expensive house and she got to stay in it.

A dog, however, is not capable of being willing since they aren't human and cannot communicate with us on a basic human level.

There are many times where I prefer the hooker route as it's much more honest and direct than having to spend days or weeks dating a girl before she'll put out. the difference between hookers and a date is that not-hookers have sex with you because they like you, you turned them on. it has nothing to do with money or cars or any of your parameters or variables or whatever you were going off about. Ok. I didn't ever disqualify those scenarios. Yes, there are women who will have sex with you for free. Also, in both my examples nothing was purchased for the woman explicitly. They were things that were already present. You can't exclude scenarios where your material possessions or social status affects someone's desire to have sex with you. It is also incredibly naive to assume that women have sex with dudes for free because they actually like them. I know you can think of multiple situations where sex is traded for favor.

As for the not caring part it was only applying to you thinking that I was autistic.
