No, the people making decisions know most government employees are a waste. They just use government jobs as disguised welfare programs for minorities and women, plus Congressmen like to bring these do-nothing government jobs to their constituents so they have something to brag about during campaigns.

Privatizing will not work unless the way things are done is completely revamped. Jow Forums call the miltary welfare queens, which at first glace seems correct, but something you have to realize is that these people earn a set (albeit shitty) but livable wage, to live the life of a slave who can legally be ordered to die. Militaryfags ultimately finish their contract and come back doing the same job, working less hours, with more freedom, for 2-10 times the salary. I know cuz i did it. I did my time as an infantrymanfag before going intel. I seperated as a SSG. Now I work in a Skif doing way less and I make over 4x as much. Im not complaining, but the whole system is fucked.

I don't really care about the money spent on federal employees if they're actually doing something useful, but I don't think most are. The majority of feds seem to be leftists. Look at all the SJWs in the FBI which is supposed to be conservative right-wing law enforcement types, then magnify that by a million for more liberal departments like HUD, Education, (((Commerce))). As Project Veritas demonstrated, there are literal DSA (antifa) members doing DSA work on the public time.

And don't get forget the affirmative action making the federal government a (((diverse))) employer. You need 2-3 minorities just do the job the way 1 white person can plus you end up hiring the white person anyway to make sure it's done correctly.
