I was just released from jail after posting bail after being arrested for manslaughter after running over a 3 year old spic kid
>be driving on road >uber infront parallel parks infront of a house so that a kid and his spic mother can get out >irresponsible spic mother lets her shitbaby exit the door on the side of the street (not sidewalk) and run across the street without looking >i was too close and couldnt brake in time and run him over, accidentally killing him
So im out on bail now but im facing 2-20 years if i go to trial but i could also be declared innocent by the jury If i plead guilty my lawyer says its still too early but i could possible get a sentence of as low as 1 year but i would get a criminal record and life ruined
Holy fuck, im in massive shock Jow Forums, feel like just running away and have no idea what to do
welcome to the JEWdicial system They slap every scarry offense at you, they offer a plea to less time scare you into admitting guilt + kikes will rob you if your convicted or not
most poor fags plea, most rich cunts fight it and walk
Jose Cooper
Make the Jury feel as if YOU have been WRONGED, cry harder than the mother so they KNOW you feel remorse but make sure to put EXTREME EMPHASIS on how "he RAN across the street WITHOUT looking"
Julian Morales
So, I'm not a lawyer, and this shouldn't be treated as legal advice, but you should know that a large number of people in jail today never actually saw trial, because they went into a plea deal. The prosecution wants you to take a plea deal because otherwise they have to prove in court that your reckless driving was what killed the kid, and not a combination of factors outside of your control.
If you were driving the speed limit, following all of the traffic rules, had no known problems with your breaks, and the one thing that contributed to this kid's death is the fact that out of nowhere, he popped out in front of you, then clearly, no crime could have been committed. If the kid would have died had any other person have been in the driver's seat, how can you be legally at fault? There would be no mens rea. This does not seem like a case that is a clear slam dunk against you, but then again, I don't know what state you're in, and this is something you should discuss with your lawyer. If you think there's a chance you can be declared innocent, strongly consider it. Remember: the burden of proof is not on you.
Jace Young
go do it again faggot
Andrew Brown
You really shouldn't have reversed back over him dude.
Aiden Reyes
If this goes to trial, the point of contention is less likely to be whether the kid was hit by the car, but instead, whether the driver (OP) was reckless/negligent when driving, which caused him to hit the kid with his car.
I would not think it wise to do anything that makes one look like a jackass.
Camden Davis
Well that sucks.
Nathan Lee
sounds like you were speeding. are you an impatient reckless shit driver? if so, jury will probably figure that out and convict you. do you have prior tickets for moving violations? speeding? unsafe driving?
Jace Watson
Gives us all the details, then we'll help.
Carson Nguyen
Are you related to Mittens or Hillary? If so you can kill as many people as you want and you'll never go to prison.
Owen Thomas
Racists like you should be given death penalty.
Aiden Jackson
You should delete this thread as you could easily be found out user. Using racist language will be used against you.
You can get off though. Just don’t say anything.
Luis Gomez
yeah, it's actually not so easy to get a criminal conviction for vehicular homicide unless, say, alcohol is involved or they can show that the driver was extremely negligent.
Daniel Watson
how many times does Jow Forums need to be told? just because someone is on the road doesnt mean you can run them over. when are you spergs going to learn?
Keep your fucking mouth shut and follow the lawyers advice
Austin Gonzalez
>You can get off though. Just don’t say anything.
can confirm - i've been pulled over while black-out drunk (shitty thing to do, i know) and wasn't convicted because i didn't admit anything to the cops and refused any tests. i did take a plea deal for reckless op (it was my second dui arrest) but at least i don't have a dui conviction on my record.
Jaxon Brown
You just run them over, that's what you do. Fucking spicniggers.
Don't take a bullshit plea deal. There's a reason we don't have much of that bullshit here. It means like a third of your prisoners are actually innocent but feared trial. Go to trial. The prosecution has to prove beyond all reasonable doubt that you were objectively reckless. If you were driving normally as you say that threshold won't be reached
Thomas Foster
Which country is this? 1 year prison because some subhumanlet runs into traffic? That's ridiculous.
Levi Myers
If this is true, I wouldn’t have posted as much detail here. Wait until some fag doxxes you and your case and shows everyone that you called him and his mom racial slurs and turns the jury against you. Facts don’t matter once they label you a racist. Oh well, either way it’s one less bean to deal with later.
i did sometime in jail and talked to people who have gone to trials. one guy retained a very expensive top lawyer and the lawyer told him 'look ive done a lot of trials, won a lot of them one important facet of a jury trial that people dont realize is appearing likeable' he said he had slam dunk cases where they lost just because the defendant had a chip on their shoulder, or their demeanor made them seem guilty. he said he had the inverses where the defendant was clearly guilty but they were very charismatic, made the jury laugh, had a relaxing vibe (w/e have you). the lawyer said any case where him or his defendant could make the jury laugh as in (clown on the ridiculousness of the states case) they won.
Carson Perry
bullshit. they would have just arrested you and breathalyzed you at their precinct. this is an 18+ board kid
Jaxon Wilson
the next year of your life will be ruined dealing with the trial. then either you can try to get your life back on track, or the rest of your life is over and you should just consider suicide. either way for the immediate future your life is fucked.
Austin Robinson
Good job on the shitbaby. As for your legal problem; Play the victim....
Shitskin lovers do it all the time. Seem to work for them.
Caleb Fisher
Don't take the plea (for involuntary manslaughter?) Have your lawyer set the case for trial. They'll likely offer you a better plea bargain offer before it starts. Personally I would take it all the way; however, unless you're sticking with the public defender it could get pricy.
I know someone who had a very similar experience, although he was "high" on painkillers he didn't have a prescription for at the time.
Luke Wilson
Fuck you with a steel rod I hope everything bad happens to you

You can't delete threads. Everyone be patient while OP deletes his /posts/.
Bentley Hall
Fight it, OP. Fight for your innocence.
Jack Williams
no he dont play victim when a small child has died. the mother and the child are clearly the victims in this case that will just make the jury look at him as narcissistic and shelfish. he needs to be rational, he needs to feel bad about the ACCIDENT that happened. keyword it was an accident OP was driving and a kid ran out in front of him.
he wasnt drunk, high, or in an erratic state of mind he was simply running errands and a small child ran in front of him.
Jordan Cooper
Yeah if the kid got out on the left side, that would have left /very/ little warning for OP.
.. stupid or very distracted. I know I wouldn't let /my/ kid get out on the street side.
Jace Gray
Jesus relax no judge/jury will give you 20 year over an accident. The prosecution is reaching. Go to trial. Be plain, reasonably compassionate. You could lose, get 5 years, get 2 on appeal probably for CaU punishment and out while still maintaining your integrity.
You could always be found innocent. Accidents happen.
Isaac Lee
good for you, lol damn spics are so careless with their young. you are the innocent one
Jordan Rogers
ya most smart parents always keep the carseat on the passenger side for this exact reason.
also most cars have childlock to where you cant open the backdoor unless you manually move the lock up which generally is designed to be kinda difficult so a child dont have the strength to unlock it.
Lucas Hall
Criminally underrated
Jason Lopez
More or less the same thing happened in front of my girlfriend's house. Mother was talking to the neighbor and her little kid ran into the street and got hit. Cops didn't show up until the ambulance went off to the hospital so the driver went there. No idea what happened after that. Hope he got off, a kid running from between cars? Forget it nobody could stop.

whoops, forgot about this thread-
you must not know how things work here in the US. you can refuse breathalyzer tests most places. cities like austin, tx are notable because they have "no refusal weekends" where they will forcibly withdraw blood from anyone who refuses to submit to a breathalyzer:
How did a baby get into the street? Why would you face that much time for manslaughter? Do you have video of the incident? Have you tried to find surveillance video? Have you hired a good attorney? Is the mother being prosecuted for being irresponsible? Were you speeding?
SO many questions
Joseph Morris
That policewoman is quite the looker.
Jayden Anderson
basically this.
Dylan Lopez
Shouldn't it be boyslaughter
Elijah Gutierrez
this poster took the time to change his flag and look for a picture of a female blonde cop please don't bump this absolute dogshit, pay attention and respond only to real threads
David Martinez
If the the info you provided is entirely accurate there is no way you will do jail time if brought to trial. It was obviously an accident. If you didn't flee the scene or were under the influence if intoxicants, you are fine. The family *will* sue you though. Better than a felony on your record.
t. lawyer
Jack Allen
What are the odds he'll win the civil trial? Any guesses as to what it'll cost to defend? I know in shooting situations back in the day in Texas you'd beat the criminal no problem but it cost like 50k to fight the inevitable civil suit from the family of the guy gettin his life back on track goin to church every sunday.
Christopher Ortiz
>never made contact with victim >hundreds of years in jail
Nathaniel Ramirez
Would an umbrella policy possibly cover this sort of thing for insurance? If so, hand it off to the insurance company and let them sue the dogshit out of the family to teach them a lesson about not being responsible with their children
Jordan Brown
Refusing a breathalyzer after having just run over and killed a kid would look very bad to a jury if the unfortunate user went to trial.
Thomas Cruz
The US justice system is a popularity contest. That is the most American thing I've ever read.
Owen Rogers
I was wondering that too. I hope lawdog gets back to us. It seems like it should at least be possible insurance will pay.
Alexander Rodriguez
Maybe Trump will pardon him? He killed a beaner after all. You know its all about order security. I bet the little beaner was illegal.
Robert Barnes
true, but it's a fuck of a lot better than having them be able to prove you were drunk. there was a story a few years ago about a guy who left the scene of a fatal accident who had had several DUI convictions but since they couldn't prove that he was drunk that particular night they were only able to sentence him to one or two years.
Connor White
bro, first thing you do when you get to jail is to join a gang and then take control of your country
Dominic Robinson
Here the first thing you should do >SHUT THE FUCK UP AND STOP ADMITTING GUILT ON A MONGOLIAN TAPESTRY BOARD
Joseph Morris
>Remember: the burden of proof is not on you. Says the guy who's never been through the system. If you step foot in a court room everyone assumes your guilty and if you can't prove innocence, you're guilty.
Luke Lewis
Kek just noticed this. Board is dead af
Robert Morales
please see my post here: i was pulled over black-out drunk and they weren't able to convict me. my attorney (a public defender!) actually wanted to fight it because she thought they had such a weak case but i went for the plea deal which guaranteed i wouldn't get a dui conviction. YMMV, of course.
Parker Nguyen
>spic mother takes time to actually learn about things like this
LMFAO.
Nicholas Scott
Your lawyer or public defender? If you have a public defender, hire a fucking lawyer. Go into debt if you have to, like it fucking matters if you go to jail anyways.
