Better at what? The only thing communism was good at was subjecting it's people to harsh conditions for the purpose of fueling a war machine. Because they literally didn't care for the well being of the people, so had no problem creating factory complexes the size of small towns, and subjecting people to working in their horrible conditions. They had no problem with conscripting people faster than the Germans could destroy them. The whole ideology is designed specifically to achieve this, like how Islam was designed to conquer and subjugate the world. Lucky for the world, Nuclear weapons stopped that.
