Sugar addiction isn’t resulting into obesity. I am addicted to sugar (I want to put sugar in my tea), yet I am athletic at a BMI of 23. The difference is that I can control my sugar urge and only put one cube in my tea and eat carrots or apples in between larger meals.

Did you know that salt contains iodine, a necessary nutrient that your body craves, and that majority of people depend on fast food to give them that nutrient?

There's more than 1 thing at play here. Some people can't see through this, but then there's some people that can't hold a job. When you're weak to this kind of knowledge of things being against you, it manifests itself as being fat.
