Although, the economy was divided into various sectors, and every sector had a corporation (something like a union made by state) that controlled it. I recommend reading "The Coming Corporate State" by Thompson, The Italian Corporative State by Fausto Pitigliani and "Wages of destruction".

It would have to be more of a closed system than capitalism, free trade promotes globalism and therefore would be against the ideas of fascism.
