It's worth a try. Also some women like the mystery factor of foreigners. And you can add that in a foreign country you can claim your social awkwardness or "autism" is just because you are from a different culture where you claim it's "normal" to be like you. And the fact that some countries have a male female ration where there are way more women than men, which in theory at least, leads to assume you'd have more chances.

Eh... There really are but I admit it's getting harder. What I'm about to suggest will only work if you're white (preferably blue-eyed and blonde, yes, racism again) and if you're able to be, and okay with being, a company poster child. What you do is go there on a tourist visa and then go from school to school looking for a job that will help you get a work visa. You might end up needed to travel to Hong Kong for a day so you can "enter" mainland China on the work visa you just fucking got.
There are plenty of places looking for white foreigners, user. If you plan to get a degree in the near future, rendering this plan obsolete, by all means disregard. If however you have no such plans, and so have no other way to get in, man, fuck it. Come in on a tourist visa and find a job. Happens every day. Go to Shanghai, it's awesome. Best city on earth right now. In 50 years they'll be talking about right now and saying how it was the Paris of its time.
