Dickhead property owners; what can be done

I'm looking for political action to take, what organization/government entity/ community do I go to? I'm in Arkansas.
Preventing land from being sold.
Someone is attempting to sell my home. The buyer wants to put a lot of vacation rentals on this. I grew up on this land, it has high biodiversity and I steward it, having spent thousands of hours of my life culling trees, saving seeds and doing controlled burns. It's sacred to me and my family. It was my families land for a very long time, but my aunt had to sell it during the recession, with the explicit caveat of it not being developed. That is not being honored. I can't see this place go, I've already lost alot of sacred places. Nobody wants this, I'm going to try to get the community involved, and also some local NGOs and maybe the state, but I doubt the state will help. I'm leaving country tomorrow and plan on putting up signs everywhere along the lines of, "land rapists not welcome", "leave my home alone" "tread lightly, greed kills" and possibly pulling up the survey flags.
Any life hacks to help me? Spook off the buyer? Legal red tape? Both the property owner and realtor are well known sociopaths.
>inb4 I already checked and apparently it's frowned upon to just kill the motherfuckers.

Buy it back. Take up a massive loan at the most jewish bank.

>t was my families land for a very long time, but my aunt had to sell it
sucks but you're fucked since its not yours unless you can raise enough to buy it back

I'm assuming you don't actually own the land, so no. Get fucked and buy property next time.

You're fucked.

Dont push me, I'm close to the edge

You sound like a fucking dumb abo, you sold it, its not yours. FUCKING LMAO

>DIS MY LAND WHITE DAWG CUNT

This. You have to accept it was your home, but not anymore. You can only blame your aunt.
You can waste time trying to protest but in the end, legally speaking, it is that kike's land now.
You can only raise money to buy it back if they are willing to sell, but with plans of development that is unlikely, and even so the land will be at a fucking high price.
Im sorry. This is coming from someone who has a lot of land in the philipppines. We had some areas where literaly no one used for many years and some extended family foolishly built stuff there like grazing fields or cattle storage, now someone is planning to use it and nothing can be done.

And this kids is how a Scooby Doo villain is created.
Next thing you know, you will be dressing up as a ghost to scare off potential buyers.

>what one man can do, another can do

>I'm in Arkansas.
Aaahhhh...

Did she get this "explicit caveat" in writing?

I didn't sell shit and would never sell a Natural landscape, that's a sin on par with human trafficking, to me.
Thanks for the sympathy
Kek

Fuck land developers.
All they do is clear the way for trash to shit up the nation.
There are no urban areas that don't deserve to be nuked.
Humanity should be culled down to a couple million people. Most people don't deserve the lives they were given.

>Someone is attempting to sell my home.
Do you actually live on it? Check your state's homesteading laws. You might own it by adverse possession.
>but my aunt had to sell it during the recession
If the above does not apply, you are screwed.

But it is my home. I live there, many things live there. The legal owner lives out of state and I have seen him once in the 20 years he has owned it.
They might own it, but it's my home.

Tree spiking. You take rebar or thick concrete bolts and drive them into trees that need to be clear cut. When you break your equipment on every third tree, you can't turn a profit. Demolish roads, take their keys (very good chance the lazy fucks just leave it on trust), sand in the tank, all are good options. You can't unfuck what they plan to do, not in your life and not in your grandkid's, so respond appropriately.

Not really, I mean I spend hours and hours on it each day. I don't sleep there. If I can scare buyer off tomorrow, I will have time to get the community involved.
I doubt this lady will want to run a vacation rentals next to a bunch of pissed off hicks that hate her guts. The surveyor told me she is dragging her feet and that this deal is very contingent.

Look at the contract, if it's in the contract you might be able to even void the contract and get the land back. If it was just a verbal promise your aunt is retarded and you're fucked.

Plant a bunch of something endangered. My first pipeline job had a stretch that was totally awful because a certain weed grew on it.

I've considered tree spiking, and would definitely do that if they were going to log for hardwoods. I've had another sacred place be clear cut before. The nice old man that lived there died and his gutless urban children just let the loggers come in. Nothing is sacred anymore.
Tree spikes only fuck up sawmills, and it will be too late by the time they are cutting trees. The roads are already destroyed from the watershed. If I can buy some time the EPA and US corps of engineers may be able to step in. There is a very well organized watershed protection citizen group here.

I don't have time ATM. The only endangered seeds I have rn grow in limestone glades communities. That sociopathic realtor? I know for a fact that she has had goons kill nesting eagles that got in the way of her deal.

If all else fails you could just kill the cunts. It wouldn't work for very long but it's a very effective argumentation when someone otherwise refuses to quit their bullshit, this seems like your best bet.
Go download the do/k/ument, or however much of it is still being seeded. There was plenty of reference material on how to stop such projects by force in it.

>unscrupulous dealer killed nesting eagles to prevent her wanton rape of the land for short term profit
Nah you should unironically just kill her

make friends with an environmental scientist in a government inspector position and plant "endangered species" on the property. if this doesn't work then just keep burning down the houses as they near construction

>Any life hacks to help me? Spook off the buyer? Legal red tape? Both the property owner and realtor are well known sociopaths.
You know what to do, strike hard and strike fast.

This is another option. Sneak onto a site in the dead of night and pop some blasting caps in the foundation. Even strong fireworks would do if you matched their diameter to a drill bit purchased for a tapping holes in the cement. Once a foundation is cracked, you need to do extensive, expensive work to repair it.

You don't own the land. Your opinion is worthless. Should have spent the last 20 years saving money to buy the land back. Or your dumb aunt shouldn't have sold it in the first place.
What the fuck is your problem? Someone paid money for the land, therefore they own it. You thought you could just live in fantasy land on someone else's land forever? Property laws exist for a reason, otherwise you are basically a DREAMER.
I hope they build a wall and make you pay for it.

Tfw grandma sold grandpa's 40 acre woodland estate in soCal that he was planning on dividing among his children

She now lives alone in the suburbs in a home with 4 bedrooms

>Your opinion is worthless.
Right back at ya, didn't read.

This is a huge problem. Women selling family real estate for minor short term gains.

>LA LA LA I CANT HANDLE THE TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES FOR MY FAMILYS ACTIONS

You don't legally own it.

I have already surveyed the land, no endangered species thus far, but the ESA has been gutted by bussines shills, like Trump's department of interior, or any government agency is going to help me out. They don't do shit for much worse here in Arkansas. But this is good advice and I appreciate it. I'm doing this Arkansas master Naturalist thing to make science buddies this spring.
For the time being, I only have tonight. I'm leaving country tomorrow morning and need to prevent the sale from happening in the mean time.

Turn it into a superfund site, then they won't buy. Dump a bunch of chemicals and oil and the let it be known

I don't own it, legally or personally. I belong to it. if anything, it owns me. I live there, that means more than ownership IRL.

Your feelings don't matter faggot. You don't own it.

And I don't care about property ownership, or your opinions about property ownership. Keep it to yourself. You do not matter to my feelings.

And your feelings don't matter to the law you giant homo.

>I'm looking for political action to take
>what organization/government entity/ community do I go to?
Do your dirt by your lonely.

you dont own it.
you cant do shit about it except buy it back.
next time dont sell land.
they arent making more of it.

regards,
i own 10 acres and wont sell it. even if i have to do gay shit for it.

"Officer I'm not driving illegally, I'm traveling. I'm a fucking traveler!"

You don't own it, you never did, and you never will. Take your medication OP.

2/10
You can make a better syllogism than this nonsense. Try again.

Find/plant a 'endangered' species on the land. Play within the lines libs set up

There aren't any. I'm a pretty good field biologist for a dilletante and know how to identify plants and animals. I have had quadrants over most of that land. Also the republicans have completely gutted the endangered species act, especially as of late. I have Physaria filiformis but there isn't suitable habitat to plant it.
