The great ancient civilizations like Rome, Egypt and Persia return, along with their original religions, culture and now exist as first world nations with modern technology, military and values. For instance, the UK culture and values of 1870-1960 is brought back, becoming Britain again, and not just America Lite. Same with France and other places that have slowly lost their cultures to homogenization. Old religions are brought back, but stuff like human and animal sacrifice is still illegal.

Every culture and race has their own country or continent with borders. Britain for the British, China for the Chinese, Kenya for Kenyans, etc. The United States is still multi-ethnic, but still enforces their border. Immigration is still possible, but not to the extent that outsiders will replace natives.

Also, every nation in the world has a copy of the American Constitution, with Free Speech, Women's Voting Rights, etc. The Right to Bear Arms is optional and should be put to a vote by the nation's people, although I am Pro Gun and think everyone has the right to self-defense weapons.

Also, more trains and public trans. Every major city has their transportation system and urban design made like Tokyo. Less cars, more bicycles, pedestrian only streets, trams and bullet trains.
