First state under analysis is my home state: Texas.

Look into northern cities like Fargo North Dakota. Strangely enough, I've heard a LOT of good things about them. Due to all the farm girls from the country who go there.

Rural areas has plenty of these churches, but not impossible for a city to have one too. Mormonism isn't the only religion that has strict codes.
