Then, they tell the guy he has to get a fucking PSYCHE EVAL before he can return to class. They hold a suspension hearing where they can't even give him a reason why they're suspending him -- just vague, conclusory bullshit about him "acting unusual," the only example of which they can provide is the fact that he's "defensive" and "recording everything." This is obviously retaliation against this guy for questioning SJW/NPC orthodoxy. UVA is a public school, so they're violating the guy's constitutional rights.

They're very clear, during both the hearing and in this letter, that he got suspended for 3 things:
1. His behavior during the QA. 2. His resistance to getting a psych eval. 3. His behavior at the hearing itself.
We have records of all this demonstrating that no he was not out of line. Each item is also just the result of escalation from the QA.
He was kicked out of school as retaliation for challenging the lecture at the QA. Any non-retard can readily determine this.

I actually agree with this analysis. I think Kieran’s behavior since his suspension has been incredibly concerning, but I don’t think they were at all justified in suspending him based upon his actions. I think it was politically motivated as well. He was punished for standing up for himself, which just isn’t right.

This whole thing is a bit confusing, and a bit concerning.
The concerns:
A. People touting "microagression" as a viable lecture topic B. Students uncomfortable with dissent, debate, or discourse on said subject (or any other social issue). C. Retaliating against dissenters
Those alone are enough for concern in my book.
As for the academic/college/university angle, we need to realize that universities are NOT open markets and that these institutions are NOT accountable to the general public.
The hearing was a Kangaroo court and quite unproductive for both sides. He needs to just get the evaluation and then we'll see what happens. There's not much else that can be done. He can't single handedly topple academia or the medical hierarchy.
Also, he was advised not to directly contact anyone at UVA by his then legal counsel.

How a school systematically and unfairly expelled you for your right-wing beliefs. Tell them about everyone involved including the goons that sabotaged your attempts at bringing light to this issue on reddit. Call your local news. Call Fox News. Tell your newspaper. But before you call anyone: make sure to spin your story right so you can be consistent. Know what message you are trying to get out there. Make sure you include that this was all politically motivated and please explain how your "subsequent actions" were in direct-response to the liberal college system that you knew was going to ruin your life. And please, find a simpler way to explain the whole e-mail fiasco. Don't daddle on it too long, but include how they weren't clear on what was going to happen to you and that impeded the preperation of your defense.
