Nothing notable If we're talking Central Europe. Note that the Christians either appropriated or destroyed the things which existed, eg building their churches on holy sites. The Religion and mythology was oral, they had a runic Script but hardly used it to write anything before the middle ages. The known castles, Walls and burial mounds are Not particularly impressive compared to Bronze age or even neolithic achievements. The celts in Gaul, Austria and southern Germany were more sophisticated
