Trump will be declaring a state of emergency and unlock emergency funding to "secure our southern border by all means possible". That means federal agents deployed making sure that States comply. These federal agents won't be FBI. They will be part of the new "patriotic" agency.
This is only the beginning. In essence, the President will detonate a constitutional nuke. Donald Trump's private staff has been frantically working on this for more than a year.
