Yes, its basically a budget MKUltra treatment meant to lock the child in a state of constant fear and anxiety. Nope, christ is my lord, but even the bible has some occult teachings in it. Thing is all these powerful people saw the occult as a means to gain power, so i would be suprised if they were just supersticious.
