1) Natives aren't all addicted to alcohol, but genetically they ALL have a predisposition to getting drunk easier and getting addicted to things.
2)Its probably not all of them since some tribes are still secluded in the far north; but most reservations are disgusting and poor places full of abuse (of animal and human), refuse and degeneracy.
