No, I wore baggy jeans in the late 90s and early 00s but that was the style and pretty much everyone did. The closest I ever came was buying a pair of jeans that apparently was some black brand because they had a red stripe down the side that I liked. When I wore them to school my friends informed me they were nog pants and I never wore them again.

I did from my mid teens til about 21 or 22. I cringe when I think about it. For me it had to do with rebellion and thinking being a bad ass meant acting niggerish.
