When you file taxes for the first time you are signing a contract agreeing to the arrangement, justifying the illegal action (in their mind) of The income tax.
You have two options.
NEVER file and you never have to.
Or file a dissolution of corporation form 966. This gets rid of your "account" with the Fed. Never file again.
WARNING: This will eliminate and bar you from any federal aid or payments (VA disability for example)

Well if never filed..can't really say on those. I've never heard of anyone who has NEVER filed getting hit. Just ones that say "fuck it I aint doing it no more" They get hit because they breached the contract they signed.

What is a W4 form that you must fill out with your employer because your employer is actually the one who pays your income taxes and payroll taxes for you (and also pays additional taxes on you above what you see on your W2 at the end of the year) before you even see your first dime?
