What's going on in Indianapolis and other mid-sized Midwestern cities? Several of them have seen record murder rates in recent years. Des Moines went from 4 murders in 2007 to 20+ in recent years. Many such cases - but why?

Indianapolis in particular had a Republican mayor (one of the few big cities that did) and Indiana had a Republican governor when the murder rate started shooting up, though. I doubt they both would have let Obama fuck around with their city.

Obama was the HUD and Section 8 president, and helped fund the great nigger relocation program to move ghetto niggers from the projects in Chicago, New Orleans, Detroit, etc into new HUD apartments all across America. Indiana got hit hard with the nigger storm when they tore down all the projects in Chicago. The seeds of destruction have been planted, and new niggers keep sprouting up in every small city and even rural areas now, anyplace with Section 8 rentals.

Pedcor is the name of the company that builds a lot of those shiny new niggerbox low-income apartments in white suburbs and towns, the future ghettos of America. Pedcor is based out of Carmel, Indiana, a wealthy suburb of Indianapolis. They also get a ton of government contracts for things like the new Carmel city center project. Republicans LOVE companies like Pedcor, tons of graft and kickbacks in bilking taxpayers out of money for their private developments to bilk even more tax dollars for nigger vouchers.
