This is bizarre to me. I did some Fed time in Florida and it was full of Puerto Ricans. They had two defining characteristics:
1) Dumb as a human can possibly be and still walk upright
2) Almost universally gay. I mean casually gay like I would see one with wife and kids in visitation while the same dude was fucking a dude in the shower 3 hours ago.
