1) The actual barrier is steel poles. These are concret plated in steel.
2) To cut them you need a 1000$ dollar saw
3) You would also need a pretty damn powerful generator.
4) These are both loud as fuck, between the two there is no way you could do it for less than generating at least 125 db which is LOUD AF, and this is open air in a dry climate we are talking here so you'd hear that shit for miles
