In a hat tip to marijuana culture, lawmakers on Capitol Hill have officially reserved the number H.R. 420 for a bill that would dramatically change federal cannabis laws.420, of course, is a special number for marijuana enthusiasts, who celebrate the plant extra hard every April 20.
The new bill filed in the House on Wednesday by Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) is titled the Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol Act. If passed, it would remove cannabis from the federal Controlled Substances Act.
“While the bill number may be a bit tongue in cheek, the issue is very serious. Our federal marijuana laws are outdated, out of touch and have negatively impacted countless lives,” Blumenauer said in a press release. "Congress cannot continue to be out of touch with a movement that a growing majority of Americans support. It’s time to end this senseless prohibition.”
Idk cbd oil is good for health issues that you can get here but like weed itself the thc part is a shit drug.

Cameron Rodriguez
looks like numerology to me. no coincidence that making a murderer 2s court dates were sept 11 and valentines day, you guys have a SERIOUS religious cult problem. you know which.
Benjamin Myers
I know absolutely nothing about the laws. Marijuana is illegal in my state, and I live in a state that isn't going to take kindly to any sort of federal intervention. Having said all that, if it's legal in a state, can you grow it? I do a fair amount of gardening, and I have a friend who isn't going to quit smoking the shit anytime soon, but at least I could save them some money. Or is this just a really stupid question, and the entire point of "legalizing" it is you can only purchase it from approved merchants?
Ryder Sullivan
420 was a police code...
Austin Martin
Friendly reminder, you know (((who))) was behind it.
Pretty sure states can still have it illegal, but it wouldn't be illegal federally.
Adam Williams
There have been cases of FBI just waltzing into dispensaries and confiscating all the weed. They have also gone into Indian reservations and torched entire crops of hemp, over the past 20 years though the Feds have become much, much more lenient as more and more states legalize.
niggas dont know about the cotton industry yet I bet most smokers do. and then all you get is "you're dumb" from some straight edge faggot, every, fucking, time.
Nolan Murphy
oy vey now the goyim wont wageslave as efficiently for me dis is annuda shoah!
Benjamin Reed
You're implying the plant will be used for anything other than dude weed lmao even after this change in law.
Jonathan Taylor
don't tell me what to do you little piece of shit.
Hudson Thomas
If you can't get crystallized skunk it's a waste of money
Jayden Collins
I hope they’ll legalize soon. Just to take it off the table. A chunk of democrat voters would fuck off back to their couches and leave politics alone.
Hunter Jones
Soro's has been pushing/funding this for years now as a part of his major global social revolution project, which means promoting abortion, drug legalization, and systematic attacks on all social customs, traditions and institutions.
He's not your fucking ally
Zachary Garcia
companies will if it's profitable, why wouldn't they?
>stop drinking alcohol you dumb fucks Fixed it for you
David Lee
hemp is fucken strong, MDF using hemp floats, is strong, and doesnt burn I think they tested this on "brainiac" along with black box material and an indestructable tin can thing made of unobtainium or some shit. (they hit it with a tank shell, it did nothing.)
Blake Morgan
How sad, he can't even see his own degeneracy
Elijah Green
One problem will always exist... you won't be able to get a job because your pee might have traces of thc in it. They can justify pee tests so make sure you aren't getting high on job even though you might not be. This is why they should need to require proof that someone is high while at work to fire someone, should just call the cops and force breathalyzer test.
Andrew Kelly
Only rat hippies who want better access to drugs want a change like this, yet they throw around the million uses for hemp propaganda. And yeah, I agree that the plant is useful but let's not pretend it's going to be used for industry.
How would the government ever open again if congress was closed? Retard.
Asher Smith
Weed is a degenerate drug that turns normal people into zombies. So many of my friends have fallen for the herb jew and I miss them.
Daniel Williams
This is my problem with capitalism, Starts off great people are allowed to become wealthy and enjoy a quality of life never before seen and then big buisness comes and and takes everything over and now we have kiked crony capitalism.
Dominic Russell
>So many of my friends have fallen for the herb jew and I miss them. Talk about typical responses... People make all sorts of choices in life and those choices can alter relationships drastically. For example if your friend moves 1000s of miles away and you miss them, would you ban travel?
>Comparing a big move, which was probably out of their control, to the conscious choice to become a mindless zombie. The weed has clearly addled your brain.
Joseph Sanders
in this one
Joseph Wright
How dumb could you possibly be? Promise me that when you drive while high, you get into only a one-car crash so innocent people don't die because of your stupidity
Jacob Gonzalez
maybe your friend(s?) sobered up to how much of a fagot you are.
Yes that's why they are too scared to leave their homes.
Grayson Evans
>Can't actually refute bis point with facts and logic? Just call him a faggot!
Oliver Harris
Absolutely degenerate.
Samuel Johnson
It's not quite the same thing user. If they, or I, had moved hundreds miles away, I would visit them and we would remain friends. The truth is that they're still in the towns they grew up in, rotting away on a diet of pizza, weed and television. It's so close to the stereotype that it's hilarious.
Jayden Smith
appeasement. they don't want babylon destroyed in one hour, lol.
Your frens were latent degenerate burnouts before weed.
Dylan Mitchell
and you don't wonder why he purchased almost 500000 shares of Monsanto in 2016? (among other Pharmaceutical companies) while also spending at least $80 million on pushing for legalisation. fuck, he's by far the main force responsible for the legalisation in Uruguay. Knowing that the old fucker isn't exactly a humanitarian, there's obviously a real possibility of an underlying agenda.
just don't blindly go along with it without looking into who's pulling the strings because you like smoking pot. I enjoy it myself now and then but this shit is suspect as fuck.
Jaxson Cox
i fell for the herb jew and it fucked me
Josiah Brooks
varies state by state in Washington you can't grow unless you get your medical card, IIRC
A bag of hemp seeds is essential to have for any prepper. It grows like weeds, and can feed you and provide you with materials at the same time.
Luke Kelly
Have you all seen Tuckers latest really good monologue? He sounds like Hitler/ National Socialism almost verbatim. He starts talking about weed at about 10:00 but it worth it to watch the whole thing.
Being high all the time makes you apathetic and not care about whats best for you and your people. My GF brother had so much going for him he was very smart but he just became a pothead now he gets high has some dead end job and plays discgolf and thats all that matters to him in life.
Robert Myers
>paki giving his two quid on an issue that doesn't concern him whatsoever stick to grooming children, faggot
psychologytoday.com/intl/blog/ending-addiction-good/201404/studies-show-long-term-effects-cannabis-the-brain >Harvard-led researchers recruited 40 young adults – 20 marijuana users and 20 non-users – to see if what is true in the brains of rats is also true in the brains of college students. Sure enough, human marijuana users had changes in volume, density and topography in both of the amygdala and nucleus accumbens. >marijuana use creates physical changes in the brain associated with addiction. And, the researchers point out, these results were seen in non-dependent, young adult users.
One of my biggest ragrets is voting to legalize recreational use in my state when I was dudeweed at 18

Boomers will kill this bill >Hey, the millennials are overworked, underpaid, depressed, and have a blessed future, what should we do? >I know, Bob, let's make sure they have as little pleasure as possible.
Jonathan Garcia
They just updated it in Colorado. Used to be 6 plant limit - three plants vegging/three plants flowering at one time. As of Jan 1 2019 the limit is 12 plants.
Adrian Sullivan
Legalizing weed... I'm still stuck on whether that would be a good thing or a bad thing in the long run. Would weed dealers just start dealing harder drugs or turn to other crimes or what?
Brandon Sanchez
>stop smoking weed so you go back to having nightmares of dying or killing people trying to kill you Timmy Yeah no thanks
Mason Jackson
>why wouldn't they? it isn't profitable, the by products of products that aren't weed that gets you high cut into petrol markets like crazy to the point of making them near obsolete, also counting on money from something that literally anybody could provide for their own needs with no money, 1 plant could last most people a year, this thing is a disaster for big money no question, which is why you see so many shit bills like Warren's
Xavier Turner
>marijuana is not intoxicating like alcohol. weed concentrates are worse than crack, at least you can drive on crack
Blake Allen
just sell to underagefags(anybody under 21)
Joshua Cook
>Weed is a degenerate drug that turns normal people into zombies. so fucking what? let them be zombies if they choose, TV makes people zombies not to mention phones, fuck off with telling others what to do
David Lewis
>sample size of 40
I personally know 40 pot heads that are smarter than you.
Jayden Bell
>Would weed dealers just start dealing harder drugs or turn to other crimes or what? cartels would and the overall market exposure to those things would decline drastically
less people needed to visit a black market for anything
Logan Walker
Good Only way for DRUMPF to salvage his presidency is to support this bill
Chase Scott
It's been done before and hey look there was no refer madness pandemic outbreak.
They would get actual jobs in the weed industry, or a lot of them would. Growing it is a lot of fun, if I could grow tomatoes and have as much demand for them I would.
I smoke way more when I dab, distillate in a vape lasts me over a month with a gram, that same gram would be blown through in a week-2 weeks using a nail
Jacob James
Legalize it and shrooms and legalize killing Jews and niggers and that would rule
Kayden Hernandez
The government regulation has forced most growers to find a new line of work. A pound of outdoor-grown bud in Colorado goes for $800, less than 10 years ago it was worth $5000. Most growers will send their product out to an illegal state where the price is $3500/lb.
