Police response was to "wait until they run out of hand grenades" I shit you not.

Also, all damages to cars were covered by the insurance claims even with the shittiest insurance as it went under fire protection or something which cost like 100 dollars to pay for , for the car owner that is.

I don't know about Stockholm, but I live in Malmö and yes here it is full bomb fiesta. The apartment complex was really messed up and the guy who did it had fucked up majorly and detonated the bomb while he was still there, he lost atleast an arm if I am not mistaken.

If you google for pictures after that particular bombing you can really tell how fucked up it is. Look at the way that the door of the apartment has been bent. It can only bend that way if it is metal. So normal apartments have steel reinforced doors here now.

Yes. Actually I am familiar with that particular crime family (the Abdo family) from my work as a claims adjuster for a major insurance company here. Basically their store got robbed by someone and instead of going to the police they started their own "investigation". They ended up kidnapping multiple people and tortured them in a basement here in Malmö. Pulled their teeth, nails, beat them shot them etc. I tried to get papers signed for a warrant so that we could do something to their cars but literally every member of the family was currently in prison so I couldn't get them to sign.

As I live in Malmö I have been working in Copenhagen, Denmark which is just a few minutes from here by train. The danes are much more sober to the situation than the Swedes, fortunately.

I work as a software engineer, and right now I'm working in Sweden registered as a one man company for tax reasons, this is quite favorable for now. My ideal move would be to some place like Singapore, a low tax meritocracy. My wife is from Ukraine, and I would unironically pick Ukraine before Sweden any day of the week, but I would have to set up a way to work remotely as to not lose income. I haven't made my final decision yet. I would prefer to stay in western europe, as it feels more like home. I have been looking at the netherlands too but I can't really gauge the situation over there, though the dutch strike me as a more sober people as well, like the danes.

I have never been more disillusioned with socialism than I am in this current moment. The inefficiency, the corruption. But most of all I feel like it actually forces me into mediocrity. At 28 years old I already make enough money that its essentially worthless for me to work harder. I've already reached a point of diminishing returns.
