What is the cheapest, most nutritious and bountiful food that has ever existed in human history - and why is it the McDouble?
Yuropoors like to mock Americans for our consumption of burgers, but can any of them actually argue that the McDouble isn't the greatest food in human history?
>380 calories >23 grams of protein >10% DV Vitamin A >20% DV Iron >10% DV Calcium >7% DV Fiber >2% DV Vitamin C
All this for only $1.39 (7.5 minutes of labor at minimum wage in NY state). Is it not damn near miraculous to be able to acquire this much energy and nutrition from such a minute amount of labor?

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.
One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".
Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.
I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

I have been dehydrating and stocking fruit for a little while now. I also store beans, rice, flour, canned veggies, retort tuna/chicken/spam, freeze dried etc. if your not stocking up on food it’s time to start.

You can, but that isn't exactly a good breakfast unless you do extra stuff to it like season it, cook it, toast the bread, and such. And it doesn't include the coffee which cranks up the price even more.
So it is literally cheaper to get that McDonald's breakfast unless you buy bulk or something.
I'm all for home cooking. I'm a food fag that will sous vi up some eggs with cheese, spinach, and bacon with croissants and a light roast coffee for breakfast, but it damn sure isn't as cheap, easy, or convenient as the dollar menu.

Just confirms to me that video related is literally the average American.
This is basically the American real life verison of the borg collective. We destroy other countries cuisine and replace it with burgers that those dumb fucks turn around and pay for...

Speaking of good food deals. Bass pro has 150 round brass cased ar food for $43. Also 100 round mini barrels of .380 for $24. That’s the cheapest .380 I’ve ever bought
you need carbs more than you need muh protein. There is no other argument. Rice has fed more people throughout history than any other food.

Show us a cheaper food that provides as much calories and protein along with those nutrients and you'll actually have a point...

The sausage patty is clogging your arteries and making you sluggish. When you get cancer or heart disease in 10-20 years will you be glad you “saved” literally a couple bucks to eat a nasty breakfast sandwich?
Luke Bailey
Ffs. Equivalent to 2 dollars here gets you a bag of potatoes that will keep you full at least 2 days. Boil em, mash em, add some scallions. grate them, add onions, fry it up. Make chips. Jacket potatoes, add spices/salt/butter/garlic. The potatoe is the GOD of food.

A homemade version of that would be better, but at the same time a thincrust pizza loaded with toppings is probably far healthier.

Plain chicken. Or buy tendies and strip the breaded skin. Don't mix carbs with protein otherwise it'll spike your insulin. Burg plus bun big no no. Plain chicken big yes yes.

>protein is absolutely more important than carbs you fool
Yea my grandpa always tells stories about how the vietcong occupied and bombed our cities as we lost the Vietnam war to them. That 40:1 kill to death ratio when we killed millions of them was an absolutely crushing defeat...
