2015-2016 were probably the best couple of years of my life. I was in my mid-20s, just finishing university, and got to witness previously unheard of amounts of screeching and whining. The anger when Donald Trump won was massive, and the campus looked insane the next day. So many people were depressed looking, a lot even on the verge of crying, or even tearing up as they walked to and from their classes. The cafeteria and outdoors tables were more devoid of people than usual, many people so stressed that they probably did not eat that day. There were a few nervous looking students going the whole hog, and I emphasize hog. Some people overeat to deal with these things. I was in a good mood throughout, but I tried to contain myself, to tone done any visible expression of relief and joy, within the classrooms. Once out of the classrooms, I found quiet corners to relieve myself with smiles. I went on with my day well, November 9th, 2016.
