About 5 years ago I refused to pay over $2 /lb for lean hamburger. We also used to get these eye of round roast for $1.99/lb that made fantastic crock pot roasts or jerky in the Bradley smoker.. those days are gone my friend. The cost of meat has doubled in 5 years.
