Chimerism is when you have multiple sets of DNA inside of you. Some crazy shit can happen during the developmental process where effectively you end up with 2 (maybe even more) sets of DNA in one body. This of course can lead to all kinds of issues, but while it's extremely rare, it does happen.

Microchimerism would simply be that but on a smaller scale, like bits of tissue, the odd cell, instead of the body as a whole I take it.
