I had a GF for 6 years, and we had a child. I guess I have always been a suspicious guy thanks to Jow Forums and many sites (but there does appear to be some truth to these). After around 1.5 years I started thinking the child doesn't really look like mine, so I took a hair off his head and went to a DNA testing lab and asked them to test the relation. I took a friend with me and we claimed the other hair is his hair. Since you need a person's permission to have any of their DNA tested.
Since to get the baby's DNA tested I would need my GF's signature as she and I are both equal guardians and I didn't want to set off any red flags.
Anyway, the test came back with no relation. So I know that the child isn't mine, though this test isn't admissible legally as my ex-GF refuses to sign the document for another test for our baby compared to my DNA.
I have left her obviously and it has been 3 months now, what do I do guys? This isn't my child and I know it for sure, yet all me ex has to do is refuse to sign permission to get the DNA test done and I can never have evidence to get out of this. She literally cheated on me and now I have to pay child support for a kid that isn't genetically mine.
Why is the west so messed up like this? Why do I need her fucking signature? That is BS.
You should contact a lawyer and discuss twit him about your options. If you can't renouce that child, then you have two options:pay the child support or flee to country where's different jurisdiction so you don't have to pay child support for alien child.
