Why did Civilization not take root in North America prior to European colonization?
If cold weather environmental stressers caused Europeans to evolve ,it should have happened in North America too?

Indians were nomadic, and there were at most 3 million total before Europeans visited America. To say the land belonged to them is foolish.
Because you forget Native Americans crossed from Siberia to Alaska and then expanded down through the continents. They basically had a late start
They are entering the Bronze Age, and literally were behind the rest of the world by like 15000 years becuase it took that long to get to migrate America’s
Given another couple thousand years natives in Mexico and the southwest and in the eastern us would have developed much more advanced societies.
