>A Canadian citizen in China has been sentenced to death after a court convicted him of drug smuggling on Monday, a move likely to further inflame tensions between Ottawa and Beijing.
There is so little food in Canada that Canadian nationals are immigrating to CHINA to eat! How fucked is their economy where literal communists eat better than their Socialist Utopia?
This proves Canadians are willing to sell drugs in foreign countries at the risk of death just to eat some ramen, how fuck pathetic and cucked can one country be?
>go to store >snickers bar is 82 cents, two for 1.50$ >can of coke is 1.25$ maybe up by the north pole things are different but this is bullshit so far

DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND WE DON'T WANT YOUR NASTY MEAT AND MILK American meat is full of CANCER and STEROIDS and American milk has GMO's and ANTIBIOTICS In Canada we prefer to live without that so we have chosen to eat healthy, delicious BUGS BUGS are SO delicious lol, only a cuck doesn't eat BUGS!
It's not the most expensive city. Maybe the most Expensive major-city, but there's a place called Vaughan in Ontario where he gets half the prices from. Hint: It's a +70% immigrant population tourist trap with "Canada's Wonderland" in it. Anyone *Canadian* who actually lives there deserves pity and a merciful execution.
Daniel Butler
Wow. How can Canadians afford these prices? They must either be really rich, or all starving, I don't get it
Aiden White
Please post your own local in-store prices, and end the madness. It's the only way
People have and he ignores them or just claims they are "loss leaders" if they are reasonably priced. It's just a sad troll that become stale after the first few times.
Jason Wilson
Post a picture of the in-store, sticker price (no sales or loss leaders)
Even cheaper in dollarama and walmart, here in ottawa
James Rogers
If it's photoshopped, then why don't you just walk into your local store, snap a picture of some meats, and fruits, and veggies, and post the picture of the in-store sticker price (with no sales or loss leaders)?
John Price
in-store prices my guy
Hudson Jones
These guys don't eat a lot of human food though. Mostly rice and dog I heard.
Jayden Hughes
post the in-store price and I'll believe you

>Imagine going to Canada, going to a major city and walking along. You see a man standing by a box full of puppies. You look down.

What I'll never understand is, leafs come here, they get all mad, they whine, they claim this is all fake, they dox posters, and when all they really have to do is post in-store prices yet none of them ever take the 10 minutes it would take to just post the in-store prices (no sales or loss leaders)?
Bentley Hill
I'm fairly sure most of the prices pictured in this thread are from the Territories and beyond, where prices are hyper inflated because the only way to get brand name goods there is by small planes that need to land on frozen lakes.
Canadian food is more expensive per kg than american food yes, but I've never seen prices remotely as dire as what's in this thread
Aaron Green
How much is rent or your mortgage payment?
How does it smell on Abbott and Pender these days?
Does anyone have the picture of the $3million Canadian cuckshed?

Most of the time I can't get eggplants, asparagus or spinach in my city (St. John's, 200000 people). Other vegetables like tomatoes, peppers and lettuce and most berries are inedible from rot by the time they get here. Leafy greens have to be eaten within 2 days of buying or they will spoil. One bell pepper is $2.50. Small bag of M&Ms is $5. A large bag of doritos is $5. A 2L carton of milk is $3.50. Add a 15% sales tax to all of that too.
Post yfw the psychotic polak memes canada into economic collapse

I'm a 15 minute drive from downtown Van and my rent is $595 a month. I live in a large house with 8 others. It's more fun living with them than it would be on my own.
Can't say I hang around Abbott and Pender. Downtown and Yaletown are just fine.
Colton Miller
Cuz it's almost midnight and I don't have that shit saved on my phone. I did however buy a 12 can Dr.Pepper for 4.50 after tax today, which was overpriced by about a dollar because it was at Shoppers.
I'll probably take pictures next time I get groceries for the inevitable future threads

The question is why do people fall for this divisive shill thread

Remember that time OP got busted for selling weed?
do you REALLY need a 10lb wheel of gouda? probably not. should you be shocked at the price of it? absolutely not. proper cheese is expensive. parm reggiano wheels go for around $600 US (wholesale), though they typically run about 4x the size by weight of that gouda.
This whole thread went from consensus to completely quiet. I’ll make it easy to find in the archive using sentences /pol would never use. Jews are altruistic and benevolent. I wish I could hug one right now.
It's NL, there is and there's extra taxes and levies on everything. The federal portion of the sales tax is exempt but the provincial portion is still there. We had a 10% extra tax on books until a few months ago
