Jow Forums, please redpill me on brexit, or the EU in general. cuck globalist teacher keeps moaning about how it will be a disaster, and will cause "economic cataclysm of historic proportions".

first fucking rule retard. learn to use a web browser and find out for yourself.

trhe current deal ont eh table is simply shitty - the UK does not go into economic meltdown, but does loose about 3% GDP adn keeps taking EU rules with no say int hem for a long time, if not forever in many areas.

which it will have to do in any case in order to sell stuff to the EU no matter what happens.

so staying in is better - you have power to change the rules.

No deal is liekly to be a disaster - the WTO is blocking the UK from carrying on as usual, so if it goes to WTO rules the UK will probably have to impose vast tarrifs ans face vast tarrifs, adn it could take years to sort out. Also there will be no quick trade deals with anyone else - so the UK will have a maybe 10% GDP hit - this makes it a recession worse than any in the last three centuries.

as the UK is already half fucked by Tory austerity policies that delayed the economic recoverytfrom the last recession, and will loose a huge amount of revenus as EU business is slashed, and momey moves abroad, 10% is not an unlikely drop, adn it could be worse.

basically - no deal means the collapse of tax revenue intake adn collapse of foreign trade, with the collapse of social services and huge poverty adn probably social unrest to follow.

No deal is a really bad thing.

best scenario? Someone with balls says fuck this Brexit lark adn calls it off.

The Uk then tries to catch up on the lossis it has already made because of the Brexit nonsense, and maybe does not go down the shitter.

brexit IS bad in its current form and any conservative should oppose it. dismantle the EU, but leaving it won't do anything good at this point.

Yeah, most educated people in Britain seem to agree with him, it's only people without studies that disagree. It's them that have the pure knowledge, unspoiled by books and study. Yay democracy.

The media alternates their dire warnings between economic catastrophe, Ebola, drug resistant super STDs, Russia, and I forgot what else but probably comets.

>economic cataclysm of historic proportions
I bloody hope so

why?

you a billionaire hedgefund trader like Rees Mogg?

Based.

you mean "freebasing" surely?

Why would anyone want economic disaster?

Ask your yellow vests.

apart from the nutters (the anarchists asn brainless commies and neo fascists) the Gilet jaune do not want economic collapse or chaos.

they want a prosperous country, a prosperous europe, and to get a fair part of the prosperity.

economic collapse is not based - it is mass death and misery for all. Except the hedge fund traders...

BASED

If you own nothing you have nothing to lose

>Except the hedge fund traders
For people to go short there must be people that go long.
There won't be on a true collapse, hedge funds aren't magical.

no one hasnothing to lose. they just think that, until they lose it

I have been in a war zone - no supply lines, no security, no government - trust me, you have a lot to lose.

UK will not Brexit. Unless the Queen steps in, which she won't, bongs are fucked.

also, maybe at the end of a real collapse - but how do you know it is a real collapse until it is fully underway? the hedge fund traders will make a killing one way or another.

or at least be rich enough to not have the full impact of the collapse hit them.

You know most hedge funds reported losses in 2018?
No of course you don't.

and some made billions

so what?

You want economic collapse? chaos? why? what will that achieve that is good for anyone?

Imagine if the U.S had a body based in Canada that created 55% of U.S law and the U.S could make no law that contradicted it. If the U.S had to pay hundreds of billions to that body in order to pay Mexican and Canadian pensions of hundreds of billions. If the U.S had to allow Mexicans to cross the border and be entitled to the exact same rights as American citizens with them able to take the U.S government to court for breaching. Imagine if your country had become so interwoven with Mexico and Canada that leaving the Union was seen as a catastrophe. Imagine if all of this had happened without anyone even being aware of it. Imagine the president of said union being an unelected official. Imagine the Union's federal government unelected heads proposed all law and the elected representatives of America in that union could only vote on it, with the chamber being stacked with Canadians obsessed with turning Mexico and America into one country. Imagine Canada and Mexico then making ultimatums to you because they're that disgusted at you snubbing their club.

The real question is why wouldn't someone leave such a union?

Seems you don't even know what most means.

>You want economic collapse? chaos? why? what will that achieve that is good for anyone?
It's easier to completely dismantle a system and restart from scratch then to try and change a system that was build to be unchangeable.
