Theres a dock somewhere along the west coast, not sure what condition it is in. I doubt you'd get a boat in the lagoon itself without building it on the island yourself.

If I had a chart I'd know the depth in fathoms. My sailboat has full keel, I need only 4' of water float. But anyways you get a sailboat, equip it with solar cells, wind generator, desalinator etc then go there and anchor up in the lagoon along with your buddies. Basically the island is left alone, your boat(s) are your mobile homes.

Clipperton Island is a much better option. Has water and is difficult to get to. No place to anchor though. Would have to haul boats up onto land to stay for any length of time.
