Now that I'm an adult I'm wondering if they did was even legal? To my knowledge I don't think you could get sent to jail for hate speech? By the way the girl that snitched on me was white so I'm baffled as to how she could press charges on me if she's not even black. On a side note I didn't even say nigger I only said "n-word"

Honestly what I think happened is the dean wanted to make you an example. The officer was used to intimate you. The girl couldn't sue if she wanted to, her parent's however could have but mind you someone can sue anyone for anything but it's winning that counts.
Being expelled seems extreme but then again schools are run like communist states. The only purpose is to screen out the independent thinkers and make factory workers.
in Canada if that happend id call her a liar and find the lawyer with the biggest nose in my province to sue the fuck out of the school.

Depending on the state you work in you can be fire for no or any reason. A smart employer will give no reason or wait till you mess up if the want to fore you for something like you veiws or race.

Yeah it happened of school when AIDS came up(teacher was saying it was invented by Republicans trying to poison gay people in the 80s) I set the coal burning fatty straight and was threatened with expulsion but luckily I come from a family of lawyers so I just threaten right back and they back right the fuck down because they’re basically always banking on you coming from a bluepilled pacifist family.
Yeah someone made that argument. But for some reason in school they put in place this code of conduct thing where its illegal to say racist or hateful things. Thats how they explained it to me. I don't remember it to well. In short you have freedom of speach except when your in a school campus you have to follow their rules

You may be expelled from that school but that the state (in a normal democracy no one else can do that) puts you in jail sounds completely insane to me.
Schools will make up rules and treat them as "laws" maybe they treat this like a "learning experience" rules are like laws and children need to learn to fallow rules to fallow laws. For students? Yes. Many schools have laws that would be unconstitutional in the adult world but the system again and again has sided against student rights ‘for the good of the children’

Children mostly dont have rights in america, and especially in public school. Not in school apparently. One teacher even told me you have freedom of speech just not in this classroom or we'll kick you out. That rule is supposed to be in place to prevent kids from interrupting the class lecture but I guess they found a way to twist it to fit the agenda.
