Greenland is a moneyhole, and has all the same problems as Canadas inuit community. All the jobs are state funded and the normal living expenses are through the roof.
Your best bet would be to plant lots and LOTS of evergreens in the Faeroe Islands and then make dense, but not vast cities to preserve the new wilderness. Iceland started a reforestation project and it's surprisingly working well.
Someone tried doing this in the Falkland Islands, but it failed due to the wind being too strong. Notice how all the few trees there look windblown.

You would have to farm biomass and compress them for fuel pellets. Maybe you could farm seaweed for this, but it probably has a short growth cycle. Any long term exploitation would likely harm the ecosystem.
Maybe you could use wind energy but turbines are not cheap, take skill to maintain, takes equipment and new parts to maintain, and are very dangerous to maintain.

Lets be realistic though
she produces 400,000 watts. lets say at peak a grow light that supports a 3*6ft grow bed takes 250 watts. Taking up 250/400 gives you 18k square feed. Not even an acre. Now with vertical farming methods you can increase your space utilization, but even so being self sufficient will be very difficult. There is also not significant fish resources that are not commercially fished already. So protein will be a challenge. Now with a large enough geo well you could probably expand the power output. But you are still have to heat your greenhouses. Electric heating is very energy intensive and pumping the hot water is less efficient and effective the further from the well you go.
All in all if you're planning it, its probably a death sentence mate.

Even with optimized volume-surface area you will still need a heat input. That will have to be electric or geo. Any fuel will take significant labor to produce or will be costly to import.
You will be competing with commercial fisherman. You have to get costly licenses which are not given out easily. Fishing is roughly 20-30% of green-lands economy.
I'm not saying it can't be done.
But finding an area with minerals, hot springs, nearby fish resources, that isn't already owned, is a but of a stretch.
