Jesus before it was cool. Don't get me wrong I'm no Buddhist but it's interesting to see how far human delusions can go either his or the Buddhas before him or the people who are a copies/doppelgangers of him later in the future. Buddha either real or fake is the extreme opposite in terms of duality compared to the events that shaped up his life but still pretty much part of it like the rest of us. In my opinion he fought the infinite concept of desire only to realize that the world literally can't be without desire neither will him. Basically instead of controlling desire or worshiping it he found a middle way only for it to be but at the same time gave himself up with compromise with whatever he was withholding thus resulting in the transcendental state. Personally I don't believe it. He was faking it because it was his inner nature's desire to become what he was predestined to. A good liar in a world of lies. Something every sentient desires on a very base and subtle level which is just the tip of the iceberg the tower of psychological architecture is built upon either naturally or artificially.
