The result will be an excessively large population flooding any nation in South America. As Brazil does share a land border, it will be receiving an extremely large influx of these people who are almost Garenteed to attempt to gain citizenship or try to vote in Brazilian elections. Even if this fails they will still swarm the nation's which border brazil which will see an increase in the spread of radical leftwing thought should they succumb and adopts more communism. The end result being a Brazil surrounded by communist nation's supported by a hostile China. Not just a geopolitical threat to America, but a greater one for Brazil.
