It doesn't work (although .18 is okay) because you have low IQ states that have hispanics but don't have blacks and because you have wealthy states with white and Jewish cognitive elites and significant nigger population at the same time (Yankeedom). You could try replacing % of blacks with % of whites and see if there is a correlation, or check if blacks affect IQ in the scope of a more homogenous region like the Deep South.

You trendline is heading solidly downward as the percentage increases. Additionally, your data still sucks because the 30%+ areas are too few to draw a conclusion in comparison to your 10% or less areas, but from what it looks like, it would still be even worse against the exact point you are making.

Yep, r = 0.3 is pretty good for a metric like that. You still get places like Washington DC or nigger tier W. Virginia but there is a moderate positive correlation between % of whites and IQ despite the white states being mostly rural. Maybe I'll do regional breakdowns myself later. Outliers, the trend shows a longer a country has existed, the higher the IQ. All african countries exist as a result of being divided up after colonialism (and some after) and are pretty new. Middle east also being divided up after WW2 shows a similar low IQ compared to the countries of Europe which have existed for a long time (some borders move back and forward but its mostly true). Finally China, which has bascially existed for 2000 years shows the highest IQ.

Your premise is wrong. If you'd back of your initial claim a bit and say, "black iq doesn't affect state iq very much" instead of saying "at all" you'd at least have a true statement.
However, an 18% correlation is a correlation none the less. You should also be cross referencing started with high black population and unaffected IQ for Jewish and Asian population info. They could be cancelling each other in the averaging.
You should also extrapolate out to see where that 18% trend line takes you at very high percentage of blacks.

Blacks R1 = -0.504 R2 = 0.254
Hispanics R1 = -0.342 R2 = 0.117
Shitskins (Blacks + Hispanics) R1 = -0.645 R2 = 0.417

Large positive correlation between % of Whites and IQ. Large negative correlation between % of browns and IQ. Moderate negative correlation between Hispanics and IQ. Remember that it's data from 13 years ago.

Whites R1 = -0.526 R2 = 0.277 (Dixieniggers lmao)

those with high white population, mid black population, and no hispanic population

and those with high white population, mid hispanic population, and no black population
