So my wife has slowly redpilled me on nutrition and exercise. "They" no not want you to eat healthy and exercise. "They" want you to eat unhealthy and not exercise. It's just 1 cog in the zog machine. Anyway I'm 41 6'4 250 pnds, now down to 220 pnds, in just over 30 days. No sugar, dairy, bread, but I can eat red meat and eggs, so I'm good with it. No alcohol allowed either. If you stick to this diet and exercise, you will get yourself in shape, I promise.
That's a 40 year old meme. MSG is fine. It's what gives red meat its savory flavor.

>"they" >(((they)))

Good protocol All sugar, real, artificial, starch is evil, EVIL Be sure to load up on the veggies OP and berries/ cherries as main fruit. But, why no beans? What is wifey’s position on a small intake of red wine? It relexes blood vessels. If not able to stop at one glass, then absolutely none at all.
Owen Campbell
>"They" want you to eat unhealthy and not exercise based and redpilled. capitalists love when consumers have problems because inevitably those afflicted try to buy a solution

this is pretty much my wat of eating, except i don't eat fruit too often.

>what to eat .... >natural farts
wut
Julian Morales
let me guess, you're one of those degenerates who prefers to eat artificial farts

On the exercise front, am understanding that many short sessions may be far better than a single max out at the gym. Rationale being, every short sesion results in full blood flushing throughout body thereby bringing in new white cells and such to attack and remove toxins. A single max out actually produces toxins by breaking down cells.

No i'm vegan.

legumes and cheese are good but
Nathaniel Anderson
Totally off cheese. Saturated fats clog the arteries. You will regret later in life.
Isaac Thompson
Hey op,you can still enjoy all those foods and be fit, its all in doses everything on the left is great to have on a consistently, the right from sugar, dairy, grains and alcohol, should be consumed in small quantities maybe one meal once a week. I have trained and competed in wrestling for 16 years as well at all levels. i can help you out as much as i can
Nathaniel Brooks
You have an embarrassingly poor understanding of the circulatory system and the immune system as well as how your body handles toxins
Bentley Turner
have a small slice every day, as long as your not eating a block or like a normal American youll be good man

i take tongkat ali and burn calories while sitting because it promotes the production of testosterone >Eurycoma longifolia is a medicinal plant commonly called tongkat ali (TA) and “Malaysian ginseng.” TA roots are a traditional “anti-aging” remedy and modern supplements are intended to improve libido, energy, sports performance and weight loss. Previous studies have shown properly-standardized TA to stimulate release of free testosterone, improve sex drive, reduce fatigue, and improve well-being. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3669033/

This, sorry OP glad you took the redpill on this but you need to talk to a nutritionist, or learn more about it.
Well it’s what I read, and it complies with common sense. It is definitely good to exercise multiple times whether what I read was bullshit or not. So there’s that user.
It's the most important meal of the day and will make you a literal superhuman among plebs. It stops your fucking brain from deteriorating - it actually makes it work better. Salads aren't just for once or twice a week, they're for everyday and you put loads of veggies and goddamn fish and some meats and shitloads of nuts and olive oil in there. Eat spinach. It's no good eating your steak and potatoes. Potatoes are good for preparing for exercise which you should do everyday - sweet potatoes best. Same with fruit.
Andrew Kelly
Herbs and spices make things taste like something they're not. Food that is natural and good for you will taste good for you on its own, unless you're used to overseasoned and salted meals. You're messing up your own taste system.
Jaxson Cook
wtf is wrong with legumes
Jose Rivera
Good for the shitter

Looks like you’ve uncovered the secret to immortality.

>avoid sugar (real and artificial) >avoiding real sugar ... >avoid dairy Dumbass.
>eating meat >not eating grains legumes or dairy Shit diet.
Alexander Brown
This was okay 50 years ago. Humans or at least us in the jew s of A have gotten bigger like literally bigger not fatter. We need more energy eat everything in sight and exercise and you’ll be fine
I'd move dairy and legumes over and rename "seafood" to fish and add "non-fish seafood" in the avoid column. That's just me though. Find what works for you and stick to it. Your body will only be as good as the fuel that you put into it. Eat right, exercise(be it cardio, strength-training, or both), and say your prayers you're gonna be good to go. Congrats on your weight loss, work to get to 210! I lost 30 pounds just changing my diet to the "what to eat column" and then gained it all back with weighted calisthenics. I'm swole, confident, and very healthy. Vitals from last physical are all in the optimum range at 35 years of age.

This was the hardest part. I used to drink a gallon of whole milk a day. I feel like I'm 20yo again. Fuck it. After 30 days I drank a glass of milk, and it bloated me up, made me feel heavy, so i said fuck dairy.
After 30 days, you add certain foods back in your diet. This allows you to see what makes you feel like shit and stop eating it.
Adrian Brooks
add "vegetable" oils to the avoid list, the high omega 6 to omega 3 ratio causes inflammation, the kind that triggers your LDL to deposit plaques in your blood vessels. If you're cooking at moderately high temperatures, use lard or tallow, and if you're frying use avocado oil. For dressings flax seed oil is good, olive oil is okay but it isn't the bees knees people make it out to be, and and for lower-temp cooking coconut oil isn't bad but butter tastes better. Ironically canola and basedbean oil both have a pretty good 3:6 ratio, but since they're drenched in roundup you have glyphosate contamination so its probably not advisable to use those. Getting enough omega 3 is important but so is lowering your omega 6.
and add cruciferous vegetables to the what to eat column, that's brocolli, kale, cabbage, turnips & radishes, mustard greens, etc. for the antioxidants, vitamin K & C, magnesium and calcium. eat greens erryday
I'm also curious about the problem with beans
fake news. saturated fat does not clog the arteries, chronic inflammation (carbohydrates, alcohol, and high omega-6:3) high serum triglycerides (carbohydrates and alcohol) and high LDL:HDL (again, carbs, alcohol, omega imbalance) does, and specifically small dense LDL which is associated with insulin resistance (carb-heavy diet). saturated fat raises your HDL, which scavenges cholesterol and takes it back to your liver, along with your LDL, which takes cholesterol from your liver and distributes it to your cells, where it's essential to every cell in your body. the reason vegans look like they're slowly dying of malnurishment is because they are, because they don't get enough saturated fat and cholesterol and live primarily on carbohydrates.
Jayden Thomas
I think cheese and butter are okay, milk has a lot of sugar. moderate amounts though, the casein proteins in dairy could be inflammatory depending on your genes and the state of your immune system. again, chronic inflammation = arterial plaques = heart disease
James Thomas
>fake news. Everything you say is legit. The triglycerides/insulin resistance, without doubt. That said, no cheese and 1% milk is for me and I feel much healthier when I do. Perhaps simply due to lower caloric intake.
Jack Lopez

1. There's nothing wrong with dairy as long as you're white 2. There's nothing wrong with legumes period wtf
